How Cadea works, what it does for you and what it does not, in plain words.
1What Cadea is
Cadea is a website and a program on Solana (ED1mhmRnxbWC35CNdhnyTFmh3Q4LbmKEnQEJtpgkzQTY). The program registers plates: Solana addresses that spell a word, which no private key controls, each held as an NFT. It lets plates be traded and lets a plate's holder launch a coin at that address on Meteora's bonding curve. This site is one way to use the program; the program runs on Solana whether or not the site is up.
By using the site or the program you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use them.
2Your wallet and your transactions
Every action is a transaction you review and sign in your own wallet. Cadea never asks for a seed phrase or a private key, and never holds your keys. Funds the program keeps on your behalf, such as a bid in escrow or a pool request’s budget, sit in program accounts that only the program’s rules move, and each page says which ones.
A confirmed transaction is final. Cadea cannot reverse a purchase, a sale, a launch or a transfer, recover a plate sent to the wrong wallet, or restore a key you lost. Check every transaction before you sign it.
3Fees
The fees in force are read from the program and listed on the fees page. A coin pays its trading fee to Meteora, the coin's creator and Cadea as that page shows. The program's admin can change fees only within hard caps compiled into the program: at most 0.01 SOL for an action fee, 10% for a percentage fee and 1 SOL for a registration or launch fee. Solana's own network fees and account rents are paid to the network, not to Cadea.
4What the owner wallet can and cannot do
One owner wallet is the program's admin, its upgrade authority and its treasury. It can set fees within the caps, pause new activity in an area of the program, and upgrade the program's code. A pause never stops a withdrawal, a cancellation or a refund. It cannot take, move or freeze a plate or a coin that is not its own. The full list, with the addresses read from the chain, is on Official links.
5Coins
A coin launched on a plate has a fixed supply, no mint or freeze authority, and metadata written once. It trades on Meteora’s bonding curve and, at graduation, in a Meteora pool whose liquidity is locked for good. Its price is whatever buyers and sellers agree on; Cadea does not set it, quote it or support it. Coins can lose all their value.
A coin’s name, symbol, image and description are its creator’s. Cadea does not check them and does not endorse any coin.
6What you add
You are responsible for the names, symbols, images, links and comments you publish through Cadea, and for having the right to publish them. Do not publish content that impersonates a person, a company or a brand, infringes another’s rights, or is unlawful.
The admin can withdraw an image or a comment’s text that this site serves, with the reason recorded. What the chain recorded stays on the chain: a coin keeps its address, name and symbol, and a rating keeps its score.
7Where you use it
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you where you are, including on taxes. Do not use Cadea if those laws forbid it.
8Changes
The program’s code can be upgraded by the owner wallet, as Official links shows, and these terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did; using Cadea after a change means you accept the new terms.
