An outbid bidder is refunded in the same transaction that outbids them, a bid in the last five minutes moves the end to five minutes after it, and anyone can settle a timed auction once it ends. An auction ends by its clock, or when the seller accepts the highest bid on one with no timer. A bid left waiting on an auction with no timer can be withdrawn after the wait set when the auction began. If a seller removes the program’s transfer permission from the plate outside Cadea, the auction can no longer settle, and its highest bidder can take the bid back at once.
